Alicia holds an M.S. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and a Graduate Certificate in Organization Development & Change Leadership from the Peter Drucker School of Management. Through Brown University School of Professional Studies, Alicia is a Leadership and Performance Coach, and she is certified in Hogan Assessments and DISC Assessments for both individuals and teams. Alicia is a certified Process Consultant as designated by the Society for Process Consulting, through Design Group International, Inc.
