We’re taking our questions, dialogues, and philosophy beyond the four walls of SHV Partners. SHV Pathways is a community-based learning environment for growth-minded individuals to radically innovate their leadership capabilities.

What Is SHV Pathways?
SHV Pathways is the result of consistent feedback from our best clients: we need something to help disseminate this leadership development throughout our teams. In essence, how do we take the intensive work we do through SHV Partners and scale in our teams–where it matters most?
To meet this need, we designed SHV Pathways to be:
- A peer-based learning community
- With a core curriculum rotating through key skills for leadership development
- With additional access to learning forums, community round tables, engaging polls & questions, and exclusive resources
The goal is a learning community bringing leaders together to lead with purpose, navigate complexity, build influence, and foster growth.
Why Pathways Was Created
Pathways was born out of the feedback we’ve heard from clients over the past couple of years. Many organizations face similar pain points:
1. The Need for Leadership Development
Life continues to accelerate both inside and outside of our careers. Without time for thoughtful, strategic reflection, we don’t cultivate the soft skills that make us excellent leaders.
This includes skills like emotional intelligence, building trust, and building a feedback culture. Whether they’re emerging leaders, middle managers, or senior leaders, organizations need a scalable solution to develop leadership at all levels.
2. Accessible Learning Across the Organization
Traditionally, leadership development is focused on key leaders, but there’s often no system in place to cascade these learnings throughout the entire team. Pathways addresses this by providing an affordable, structured approach that is easy to implement across all levels.
3. Practical, Real-World Application
Leaders today face immense pressure to balance learning with their day-to-day responsibilities. They need practical tools to immediately apply their skills to real-world scenarios.
4. Community and Accountability
There’s no shortage of content. There is, however, a shortage of structure and community in which we learn best. The communal learning environment is a potent improvement over content alone.
We believe learning is amplified through application, repetition, and support. SHV Pathways is about creating meaningful growth, not just for individuals but for teams and organizations as a whole.
